Functional Requirement

---

1. Need to include At Once Indicator in COPA InfoCube. At Once orders are those orders which are created and shipped within 30 days of creation.
2. Use Document Date(AUDAT) from VBAK table and Posting Date(BUDAT) from COPA source to calculate the number of days.
3. Need to include Customer Purchasing Document Type in COPA Infocube.
4. If Sales Order is a Call Off, then need to consider Document Date of its Contract to calculate the number of days for that Order.
5. Need to include the At Once Indicator Info Object in MultiProvider ZMP_OPASA.
6. AT Once Indicator is 1 if the number of days is less than or equal to 30 otherwise it is 0.

2. Need to Migrate the 2LIS_11_VAHDR DataSource.
3. Need to create a new DSO and load by using 2LIS_11_VAHDR DataSource.
4. Need to create a new Info Object to show At Once column in COPA Layer 1 infocube.
5. Need to include Document Date and Customer Purchasing Document Type in InfoCube NEC COPA infocube ZIC_COPA.
6. Need to include Document Date, Customer Purchasing Document Type and At Once Indicator in COPA Layer1 InfoCube ZCOPA_CO3.
7. Need to look up Sales Orders DSO to copy the Sales Order Document Date and Sales Order Customer Purchasing Document type into NEC COPA infocube ZIC_COPA.
8. Need to add At Once Indicator Info Object in MultiProvider ZMP_OPASA.

Test Plan

Solution Details

1. Need to Install 2LIS_11_VAHDR Datasource to get the Document date of Sales Orders.
2. Need to Migrate the 2LIS_11_VAHDR DataSource from 3.x to 7.x.
3. Need to create a new DSO and load by using 2LIS_11_VAHDR DataSource by including the required fields.
4. Need to create a new Info Object to show At Once column in COPA Layer 1 infocube ZCOPA_C03.
5. Need to include Document Date and Customer Purchasing Document Type in InfoCube NEC COPA infocube ZIC_COPA.
6. Need to include Document Date, Customer Purchasing Document Type and At Once Indicator in COPA Layer1 InfoCube ZCOPA_CO3.
7. Need to look up Sales Orders DSO to copy the Sales Order Document Date and Sales Order Customer Purchasing Document type into NEC COPA infocube ZIC_COPA.
8. Need to derive At Once Indicator in COPA Layer 1 infocube ZCOPA_CO3 by using fields Document Date and Purchasing Document Type from ZIC_COPA InfoCube.
9. Need to add At Once Indicator Info Object in MultiProvider ZMP_OPASA.

In BEx Query Designer, do not keep restriction on At Once Indicator in Filter Panel.
